Should you need to return items to Espi’s Kidss, you may do so within 12 days of receipt excluding pre-orders or clearance items.
Full price in stock items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 12 days of receipt, excluding swimwear and hosiery. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Pre ordered and sale items can be returned within 12 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange only. Holiday, special occasion, or party dresses may only be exchanged for size. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached in the original package.
Items returned that do not comply with our store policy will be shipped back at your expense. PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE. SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEBLE, A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. ITEMS RETURNED AFTER 12 DAYS WITL BE CHARGED 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Special orders are not exchangeable.
- To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note the reason for the return.
- Indicate if you prefer a refund, store credit or exchange. If exchanging let us know what you would like by noting the name, size, and quantity.
- If there is a change of address, please include the correct address.
- Pack and seal return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD’s.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled and money refunded unless it has not been processed. Special orders are considered Final Sales.
